I got an idea (nothing spectacular) on how to get more use from author tags so I had been experimenting a bit today and created something that I think can be useful for WordPress users.

Now, to make it simple for people to integrate into their blogs I would have to write a plugin.

I must say that I’m a php noob and don’t know much about creating plugins for Wordpress so it would be interesting to see how it would end up.

There are tons of good free Wordpress plugins. However, I use only five of them.

First one would be Aksimet, can’t go without that one.

Second, and third are used for stats and they are FireStats and Wordpress stats plugins. Both have some flaws but together I find them winning combo.

My contact page is powered by Contact Form 7 by Takayuki Miyoshi and my comments are spiced with gravatars.

btw. I have to find better photo for my gravatar quickly !
