99.9% server uptime ?

For more than 4 hours my site has been unreachable, and according to my hosting provider SiteGround, there was an unexpected network failure in their data center that affected my server.
So far, I had only words of praise for SiteGround, especially for their support. This is the first time that I experienced down time with them and I really hope it would not happen again.
