i installed the plug-in, renamed the file, placed the code in the index.php file …. and nothing ….

any advice would be SO very appreciated!
running latest version of WP

Nice plugin. I have used it many times on friend’s sites and it works well. Unfortunately it doesn’t work on mine.

one more question…any ideas why would every word be capitalized within the pop-up?

I encountered the same issues as many, installed the plugin directly from Wordpress and when i added the code of line nothing happened. – You suggested to rename the folder from author-exposed to author_exposed, but that does not work either.

You should update the plugin on Wordpress as if it is installed from within wordpress with the wrong folder name.

I resolved the issue by uninstalling the plugin and downloading it from here and FTP-ing to the server.
